I the Prospective Dealer hereby acknowledge and confirm an interest in becoming involved in The Supplier's business. As an inducement to the Supplier disclosing to the Prospective Dealer information regarding the Supplier's business, the Prospective Dealer hereby agrees that in his capacity as a Prospective Dealer, he shall be acquiring information about financial and other matters including: products and product lines including prospective products; marketing strategies; pricing, quoting on jobs, and prospective and current markets; names and identities of current and prospective clients; and any other information which he may learn of about the said Supplier, all of which shall be referred to as "Confidential Information" and which information is the exclusive property of the Supplier and which information is subject to privilege. 2.)
