By reading the following Terms and Conditions also otherwise known as Covenant of Confidentiality you the digitally signed person(s) agree to the following:
1.) I the Prospective Franchisee hereby acknowledge and confirm an interest in becoming involved in The Supplier's business. As an inducement to the Supplier disclosing to the Prospective Franchisee information regarding the Supplier's business, the Prospective Franchisee hereby agrees that in his capacity as a Prospective Franchisee , he shall be acquiring information about financial and other matters including: products and product lines including prospective products; marketing strategies; pricing, quoting on jobs, and prospective and current markets; names and identities of current and prospective clients; and any other information which he may learn of about the said Supplier, all of which shall be referred to as "Confidential Information" and which information is the exclusive property of the Supplier and which information is subject to privilege.
2.) The digitally undersigned acknowledges that he is being allowed access to the Confidential Information only for the purposes of determining the nature of a proposed business arrangement regarding the Supplier's business and he will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report, publish, transfer or use any of the Confidential Information for any other purposes.
