With an average building permit value of $1,600 per home, this represents average rebate amounts of $160, $320 or $480 per home going back to the builder, which easily offsets their initial costs associated with joining the Built Green™ Program. City of Lethbridge Offering Rebates to Home Buyers in SunRidge As part of its commitment to a sustainable community, the City of Lethbridge is offering home buyers in the SunRidge development an incentive to upgrade the "green" factor of their new homes.
